The system is designed, test
& manufactured under following approval standard:
-Marpol 73/78 annex IV
-IMO Resolution MEPC2(VI)
-IMO Resolution MEPC 159(55)
The system comprises two aeration compartments (No.1 &
No.2); one setting compartment(No.3) and one clean effluent
compartment(No.4); one macerating pump situated in between
No1 & No.2 compartment to break up incoming solids
with black water; One rotary vane air compressor fitted
on top of the unit for sending air to feed oxygen-demand
bacteria resolving organism; a second compressor can be
provided as an optional; One discharge pump is equipped
in the front of unit to deliver clean effluent overboard
, a second discharge pump can be provided as an optional
; Grey water & flow-in water from No.3 compartment
will be final pass through a Ultra-Violet sterilizer as
disinfection unit where coli forms, virus & other
harmful bacteria will be killed by strong UV light. According
to latest MEPC 159(55), Residual of Chlorine in effluent
should be less than 0.5mg/L, therefore traditional Chlorination
and tablet dosing, here in our system as an auxiliary
method, are not recommended.
