Oil Water Separator |
|
The Oil Water Separator is designed,
tested and manufactured under following regulation and
standard:
-Marpol 73/78, amended Annex I, Regulation 16(1), (2),(4)
and (5);
-IMO Resolution MEPC107(49)
The separating system comprises five process: first gravity
chamber for mass floating oil remove; "Oil trap device"
as second process to absorb tiny oil drops; Third one
is still a gravity process where emulsion broken oil has
a space for gathering up; after these process, a relatively
clean water passes into forth and then fifth process where
a fine and super-fine filteration are there for final
treatment. Effluent before flowing overboard has to partial
go through an oil content monitor; a measuring point is
set at 15PPM , either discharging overboard while less
than 15ppm or return back recirculation while higher than
the setting.
Most of case, our separator has an achievement of discharging
water less than 5ppm.
