Disinfecting fresh water by doing silver ion is a traditional but effective method; it is a way that does not change taste, smell and color of treated water; a way that does not effect the water's physical and chemical properties. Therefore it is harmless to human body.
Concentration of ion in water can be controlled by matching water flow & current load; normally no more than 0.10PPM of Ag+ is a safe level.
